Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items and are calculated directly from DHL or TNT. We make every attempt to locate and ship your item directly from factory warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders MUST be in by 12:00pm EST for expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping. Saturday Delivery is available upon request.

RETURN POLICY...

AUTOSVS TECHNOLOGY will directly warrant any product found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 30 days. After 30 days, any defective product must be addressed with the manufacturer.

AUTOSVS TECHNOLOGY will not issue a refund without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued in advance of the return, and:

• The product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package
• The product was not used
• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt

• Order #
• Reason for return

If a product is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

There are NO RETURNS on electronic components after 30 days.

There is NO RETURNS on software.
